职业社会学视角下高校辅导员赋权论析

赋权理论是一套由权力、无权、赋权等核心概念构建而成的职业社会学分析工具,工作中体制环境引起的辅导员权责与职业角色不完全匹配导致其时常陷入"无权"履职的困境,由此昭示了辅导员赋权的现实必要性。赋权原理揭示出:职业的专业化分工和管辖权是辅导员赋权的初始诱因;来源于专业自主性的专业权威控制是辅导员权力赋予和专业增能的基础;国家对辅导员职业的调解式控制表明外部制度赋权是辅导员权力的根本来源;规范性文件或政策与高校系统内职业管辖权的迭代互动表明辅导员赋权是一个持续性过程。结构制度和心理动机赋权机制形成协调的外部赋权态势与内部持续性的心理增能两个辅导员赋权路向,进而应加强辅导员职业纯洁性建设、促进辅导员专业化发展。

An Analysis on the Empowerment of College Counselors from the Perspective of Occupational Sociology

Empowerment theory is a set of occupational sociological analysis tools constructed upon the core concepts of power,powerlessness and empowerment.In the work system environment,counselors’power and responsibility are not exactly matched with their professional roles,which often leads them to be trapped in the dilemma of"powerlessness"to perform their duties,thus indicating the practical necessity of counselors’empowerment.The principle of empowerment reveals that the professional division of labor and jurisdiction of occupation are the initial motivation of counselor empowerment.The professional authority control derived from the counselors’professional autonomy is the foundation of the counselors’power grant and professional enhancement.The mediation control of counselor occupation by the state shows that the external institution empowerment is the fundamental source of counselor power.The iterative interaction between normative documents or policies and occupational jurisdiction within a university system suggests that counselor empowerment is a continuous process.The structural system and psychological motivation empowerment mechanism give rise to a coordinated external empowerment situation and an internal continuous psychological enhancement,which lead to the strengthening of counselors’occupational purity construction and the promotion of counselors’professional development.
