贫困地区中学体育教师专业发展的现状及对策

摘    要:文章以54名贫困地区中学体育教师为研究对象,从教育信念、知识结构、能力结构和自我专业发展意识角度调查分析了贫困地区中学体育教师专业发展现状,并基于此,从制度体系建设和教师自身发展意识提升两方面提出了对策:进一步修改和完善《教师法》,推行教师公务员制度;建立健全"双合作"机制,实现高校与中学互利共赢;构建合理的教师培训体系,为教师专业发展提供智力支持;体育教师要燃起教师专业发展的内在驱动力。

Abstract:Taking 54 middle school PE teachers in the undeveloped area as research objectives,the article makes an investigation and analysis on the present situation of those teachers' professional development from the perspective of educational beliefs,knowledge,ability and self-development awareness.Based on it,the article puts forwards some strategies on how to improve those teachers' professional development from the aspects of system construction and self-development awareness as follows:Firstly,further modify and improve the "Teachers Law",and implement the teacher civil servant system.Secondly,establish and perfect the mechanism of "double cooperation" so as to achieve mutual benefit between colleges and middle schools.Thirdly,construct a reasonable teacher training system,which provides intellectual support for teachers' professional development.Fourthly,PE teachers should ignite the internal driving force of teacher professional development.
