摘    要:20世纪70年代初期,世界各国不断探索以培养关键能力为核心的职业教育实践,其中,“行动导向教学法”成为当时国际上职业教育领域内最先进的教学法之一。改革开放以来,采用先进的教学法培养高职学生关键能力问题越来越受到我国职业教育界的高度重视。阐述了关键能力的内涵及行动导向教学法的概念与特征,探讨了实施行动导向教学法培养高职学生关键能力的途径。
