产教融合下校企合作“三全育人”机制研究——以建筑行业为例

党中央、国务院印发了《关于加强和改进新形势下高校的思想政治工作意见》,对加强和进一步改进高校思想政治工作总体要求、推动高校思想政治工作改革创新等作出明确规定,将“坚持全员全过程全方位育人”作为加强和改进高校思想政治工作的基本原则之一。职业教育需要政府、企业、社会、学校、家庭形成合力,将职业教育与“三全育人”结合起来,通过搭建“学校—家庭—企业社会”三方联动全员育人机制,将“三全育人”更好地融入校企合作的职业教育中来,走上提质培优、增值赋能的快车道。

Research on the"Three-wide Education"Mechanism of School-Enterprise Cooperation under the Background of the Integration of Industry and Education

The CPC Central Committee and the State Council issued the Opinions on Strengthening and Improving the Ideological and Political Work in Colleges and Universities under the New Situation,which clearly stipulates the overall requirements for strengthening and improving the ideological and political work and promoting the reform and innovation of ideological and political work,and takes"adhering to the all-round education of all staff in the whole process"as one of the basic principles for strengthening and improving the ideological and political work in colleges and universities.Vocational education requires the joint efforts of the government,enterprises,society,schools and families to integrate with three-wide education.The three-party linkage education mechanism of"school,family,enterprise and society"better integrates the three-wide education into the vocational education of school-enterprise cooperation,and embarks on the fast track of improving quality and cultivating excellence and value-added empowerment.
