| 摘 要： | 随着高等教育改革不断深入和经济的不断发展，贫困生作为一个特殊的群体越来越受到高校及社会的普遍关注。加强贫困生资助管理工作，是做好贫困生工作、解决贫困生问题的关键所在。本文旨在探析高校贫困生资助管理工作现状及存在问题，提出完善贫困生资助管理工作的具体措施。

Strengthening the group in universities, have been management of poor students shown popular concern by universi- funding is the key to doing better the poor students work and solve the problems. This paper aims to explore the present status and existing problems of the management of poor students funding and puts forward a sound management measures. |
