| 摘 要： | 公共租赁住房是解决“夹心层”群体住房保障的重要举措，为加大“夹心层”群体的住房供应规模，减轻政府土地与财力等资源投入的负担，公共租赁住房的房源供应应坚持多元化原则，将城中村与园中村纳入公共租赁住房的房源供应体系．通过房源选择、实物配租、租金补贴等形式盘活整体改造的城中村的存量住房，解决公共租赁住房供应困境。
