To Foster University Students' Painstaking Effort Spirit with Each Passing Hour

The connotation of living plainly and struggling hard develops with social development. The painstaking effort is closely linked with the opening to the outside world, with the scientific and technological progress, and unify with rational consumption. It is obvious that it was the magic weapon with which our party gained mastery over the enemy in the past, and now still remains as spiritual strength of building the social well-off society in an all-round way. To foster the painstaking effort is the need of constructing well-off society, the need of participating in international competition.
