| 摘 要： | 加工汽车后桥螺旋锥齿轮，使用了美国Gleason №27磨齿机，该磨齿机只带来一块展成凸轮，而要满足该机功能需要壹套共42块凸轮。我们对原凸轮进行了分析，并对工作曲线部分的刀具轴线数学模型进行了推导，用该数学模型在加工中心上成功的加工了全部凸轮。 |

| Abstract: | A Gleason No27 gear-grinding machine was introduced when making the rear spiral awl of the car .A set of cams altogether 42 pieces are heeded to make the machine work while it has only one spreading earn ,we analyzed the original cam and made derivation of the cutting tool axis mathematics model from its working curve , from which we processed all the cams successfully . |
