食品真空冷冻干燥准稳态模型的研究

摘    要:本文在对真空冷冻干燥非稳态模型简化的基础上建立了准稳态数学模型,理论计算和实验结果对比表明,准稳态模型能较好的反映升华干燥过程,但在解析干燥过程中存在较大的偏差.

Abstract:In this paper,the stable-state numerical model to vacuum freeze drying which is simplified from the transient state numerical model is established.Results show that the model fits well to the sublimation drying process and a considerable deviation exist during the secondary drying procedure.
