摘    要:对我国现行的课程管理状况,课程领导有许多值得借鉴的先进之处。但是,学界对它的理解还比较模糊、片面,为揭开课程领导的真实面纱,本文试图重新认识课程领导与课程管理的关系,从不同的理论视角分析课程领导动态平衡的理念。

Abstract:Curriculum leadership brings a new way for Chinese curriculum administration,but some people of academy have a confusing ex-parte understanding of it.This thesis attempts to uncover its mystery through reconstructing the relationship of curriculum management and curriculum leadership,tries to analyse the dynamic balanceable point of curriculum leadership from different theories angle.
