| 摘 要： | 本研究以<症状自评量表(SCL-90)>及自编<研究生压力问卷>为工具,调查了某高校340名研究生的心理健康状况和生活压力情况.SCL-90结果表明,心理问题检出率为44.16%,其中,轻度心理问题者比例较大;强迫症状、人际敏感及抑郁三项因子检出率相对较高.压力测评结果显示,研究生成就压力得分最高,适应压力与人际压力得分与SCL-90所有症状因子得分及总均分有较高相关.本研究为高校寻找研究生心理健康教育的突破口提供了一定的依据,并提出了相应的对策和建议.
