| 摘 要： | 思想政治工作是我们党的政治优势，在新形势下应对新情况，解决新问题，要积极探索思想政治工作的发展与创新问题。思想政治工作的创新要坚持马克思主义的思想理论，认识马克思主义所具有的与时俱进、发展创新的理论品质；思想政治工作的发展需要树立创新的观念意识，树立人本理念、服务观念；思想政治工作的创新要处理好加强与改进、继承与创新的关系。

| Abstract: | ldeological and political working brings political advantage for our Party.In new situation, we need to deal with new things, solve new problems, and seek after the progress and innovation of ldeological and political work actively. We should insist Marxism ideological theory when we focus on ideological and political innovation, realize the theoretical characters in it--to advance with times, to develop and innovate. The development of ideological and political work needs to build up innovation concept, humanistic theory and concept of serve. We must deal with the relation of enhancement and improvement, of inherit and innovation. |
