高校思想政治理论课教学中如何以人为本

高校思想政治理论课教学坚持以人为本,不仅是大学生思想政治教育的本质要求和时代的召唤,也是教学的现状所需.体现在教学中,就是要尊重人,理解人,发挥学生的主体作用;关心人,服务人,贴近学生的实际需要;激励人,发展人,树立教育的社会性价值.思想政治理论课贯彻以人为本的理念,必须正确处理好课堂育人与实践育人、教育与自我教育、教材改革与教师提高这三方面的关系.

How to Teach Ideological and Political Theory in University with People-centered Idea

The Ideological and Political Theory teaching should depend on people-centered idea,which is not only the essential request of the university students'ideological and political education and the summons of the times,but also is the demand of the present teaching situation.During the teaching,we should respect and understand the students,give full play to the students function,serve and care about the students,draw close to student's actual need,inspire and improve the students' ability and establish the social value of the education.In order to carry out the people-centered idea,it's necessary to deal with the three relations correctly : the education in class and that in practice,the education and the self-education,the reform of the teaching materials and the improvement of the teacher himself.
