| 摘 要： | 高校图书馆流通工作性质的特殊性,使得流通馆员对流通工作缺乏热情和信心,导致流通馆员形象魅力欠佳,这在很大程度上影响了图书馆的整体形象。文章从影响流通馆员形象魅力的主要自身因素出发,提出了高校图书馆流通馆员自塑良好形象的具体方法。

| Abstract: | The specialties of the work in the circulating department lead made the librarians lack zealousness and confidence. The lack of manner charm of the librarian in the circulating department influence the macro-building of the library. The article puts forward the concrete methods of self manner charm building of the librarian in the circulating department of the university, by analyzing the self factors of influencing the charm of the circulating librarian. |
