| 摘 要： | 本着＂以学习者为中心＂的开放教育理念,站在学习者的角度,在电大远程开放教育中要建立适应学员全程自主学习的＂一站式＂网络课程教学平台,实施对学员＂一对一＂的教学支持服务,其基本框架包括选课系统、课程资源系统和＂我的课程学习＂。

| Abstract: | Based on the learner-centered concept of open education and from the learner's point of view,this paper suggests the establishing of a one-stop network teaching platform in RTVU Open and Distance Education to adapt to the all process self-determined study of the students,and implement the one to one teaching support services.It also demonstrates the necessity of building such a platform,and also provided a basic framework of how to build it. |
