| 摘 要： | 美国非常重视信息技术在教育领域的应用，先后3次制定并发布国家教育技术计划，为不同时期美国教育技术的发展指出了重点、方向及策略。由此可以看出：教育技术的发展应得到各层面的高度重视：教育技术的投入应该持续发展；教育技术的资金来源需要多方参与，并形成良性的市场体系；教育技术的应用效果主要取决于教师的技术应用能力。这些都对我国的教育技术发展有一定的启示，

| Abstract: | The United States attaches great importance to the application of informational technology in the educational field. The plans of national educational technology, made by the US Department of Education in 1996, 2000, 2005, clearly explicit the focal points, directions and the developing strategies of educational technology in different period of time. These plans greatly promote the development of educational technology in the United States. |
