| 摘 要： | 在中国古代社会中，利用厌魅之术来害人的巫术一直延绵难绝。厌魅之术危害之大。民众谈魅色变，往往敬而远之。惩处厌魅，主要通过神判、宗教、律令共同治魅，一方面需要剪除魅怪本身，一方面又需要惩治施魅之人，害人与避免被害群体之间展开了各种较量，也就有了各种对厌魅之术惩禁的形式。

| Abstract: | The phenomena of using witchcraft to kill people often occurred in ancient China. Since witchcraft did great harm to the victim, people were very fearful of it and so stayed away from it. To fight against witchcraft, measures were adopted jointly through trial, religious and legal efforts, getting rid of the enchantment on the one hand, and punishing the witches and the wizards on the other. The fight between the witchcraft and the victims gave birth to various forms of punishments for witchcraft. |
