贵州农村居民消费水平滞后原因与提升对策

The level of rural residents'consumption level should be comprehensively measured by several indicators,such as rural residents'per capita consumption expenditure,the gap between urban and rural residents'per capita consumption expenditure,Engel coefficient,rural residents'consumption structure of goods and services.According to the data of these indicators,the consumption level of rural residents in Guizhou still lags behind the consumption level of rural residents in China,and is lower than that of rural residents in most provinces and cities in Western China.The main reasons for the lag of consumption level of rural residents in Guizhou:low scientific and cultural quality of rural residents,low per capita disposable income,high proportion of poor and low-income population,conservative and unreasonable consumption concept,poor shopping and consumption environment,and low level of social security.In order to improve the consumption level of rural residents in Guizhou,we need to vigorously develop rural education,speed up the revitalization of rural economy,consolidate the effect of targeted poverty alleviation,change residents'consumption concept,improve shopping and consumption environment,and improve the level of rural social security.
