| 摘 要： | 通过对高职院校大学生在环境适应、自我认知、人际关系、情绪、就业选择等方面存在的心理矛盾冲突进行分析，强调重视和加强心理健康教育势在必行，同时提出了切实可行的教育策略，目的是对教育和培养高职生良好的心理素质起到积极的作用。
