摘    要:假性语言低能是指个体拥有的语言能力被焦虑情绪禁锢而不能有效发挥的现象。反映在英语学习过程,就是学生对英语的心理距离感给自身造成的较强的焦虑情绪,抑制了学生认知机制的相关生理机能.并使机能问的联系受阻而失去有效工作和配合的能力。这种低能现象不是由知识匮乏或语言能力发展不平衡造成的,而是由学习者个体当前的心理状态所决定。因此,单纯凭知识的传授是不能解决这类问题的。通过精心设计整个教学过程来塑造学生积极的学习心态还应是教师的任务。

Abstract:False deficiency in language competence is a phenomenon that students' language competence is negatively influenced by anxiety and therefore,can't give its full play.In English study,it is the students' anxiety that restrains their physiological functions of cognitive mechanism and hinders the links among all the physiological mechanism.This kind of deficiency doesn't result from the students' lack of knowledge or unbalanced development of their language competence,but from their physiological state of learning.Hence,English teachers' role lies not only in passing on the knowledge but also in designing the whole teaching process carefully to foster the students' positive mentalities of learning.
