| 摘 要： | 民主法制是和谐社会建设的首要要素,大学生是和谐社会的实施者和创造者,其民主法制素质关系到社会主义和谐社会建设的进程。高校要按和谐社会的要求加强和改进大学生的民主法制教育,创新方法,讲求原则,培养大学生的民主法制意识和习惯,使大学生成为和谐社会建设的中坚。

| Abstract: | Democracy and legality are the critical factors to establish harmonious society.College students are the executors and creators of harmonious society.Their qualities of democracy and legality are vital to the progress of socialist harmonious society.Colleges and universities shall strengthen and improve college students' democracy and legality education according to the requirement of harmonious society.Innovate the methods and adhere to the principle,train the sense and habits of democracy and legality of college students to become the backbone of harmonious society establishment. |
