| 摘 要： | "科班馆员"作为大学图书馆的形象代表,与各学科师生保持着经常的密切的联系和交往,这就要求他们在具备良好的思想素质和职业道德的同时,更要表现出高水平的业务素质。本文从高校图书馆建设"科班馆员"队伍的现实性和紧迫性出发,分析了"科班馆员"的具体形象要求及创建手段。
