外语专业人才培养对策研究——河南省高校外语人才培养调查与分析

通过对河南省普通本科院校外语专业人才培养现状的调查发现:目前河南省外语专业人才培养存在外语专业布局缺乏统筹安排;课程设置中实践课程和相关知识类课程课时不足;教师教育理念落后,缺乏相关专业知识;教学评价单一落后;人才培养质量同社会需求存在差距等问题。我省应根据自身发展战略,通过调整专业布局,完善复合型人才培养模式;优化课程体系,加强实践教学,培养具有外语+专业双重特长的实用型外语人才;强化具有相关专业知识的外语师资培养,引进相关专业的外籍教师;提倡发展性教学评价等措施提高外语专业人才培养质量。

On Strategies of Foreign Language Professional Talents Cultivation for Regional Economy

Through a current situation survey of Foreign Language professional Talents cultivation in Henan,the team found that the layout of foreign languages in Henan is not arranged as a whole; practical courses and the related knowledge course are inadequate in course design; teachers are lacking of the related knowledge and advanced teaching ideas; teaching evaluation is simple and backward;the foreign language professionals is not qualified. Therefore,the following strategies are proposed: careful planning and Inter-disciplinary talent training are needed; Optimizing the curriculum system to cultivate practical foreign language talents with foreign Language plus Specialty dual skills; Strengthening the foreign language teacher training with relevant professional knowledge and introducing relevant professional foreign teachers; advocating the development teaching evaluation.
