| Abstract: | The ideological and political work is both a science and an art. To better carry it out under the new circumstances, to bring the "lifeline" function of it into better play, and to achieve the goal and effect of it, the ideological and political workers must be good at "making correct assessments of the circumstances-realizing them", at "using influences to bring forth prestige-accumulating influences", and at "guiding the ideological and political work along its tendency-coping with the tendency". |
