| 摘 要： | 当前,研究生培养模式改革日益受到社会的关注和重视。文章从人力资本投资视角对研究生培养模式改革进行分析,指出产学研结合是研究生培养模式改革的现实选择,探求其存在的困难,进而提出改革和完善研究生培养模式的建议。

| Abstract: | Currently,the reform of graduate training model arouse great public attention.With the analysis of the reform of graduate training model based on the human capital theory,we advocate the model of university-industry cooperation.Understanding the difficulties in the implement of university-industry cooperation,we put forward suggestions on the improvement of this training model. |
