摘 要: | 考察不同浓度乙醇对滁菊花各类成分提取率影响.采用超声波法,提取温度70℃,提取时间为30min,提取次数为3次,料液比为1∶30,超声功率为200W;采用紫外可见分光光度法检测各类成分含量.结果表明,60%乙醇溶液提取滁菊花总得膏率最高,为47.52%;70%乙醇溶液提取滁菊花总黄酮得率最高,为10.86%;80%乙醇溶液提取滁菊花总酚得率最高,为3.02%;水溶液提取滁菊花总糖得率最高,为4.27%.乙醇浓度对滁菊花不同成分提取率有一定影响.

Abstract: | To investigate the effects of the extraction rate of multicomponent in Chuju by different concentrations ethanol,through using the ultrasonic method, the extraction conditions was 70℃ extraction temperature, 30rain extraction time, extraction 3times, 1:30 dosage liquor ratio, 200W hypersound power. The compositions were detected by UV - visible spectrophotometry. The result showed that the optimum extraction solvent of extraction yield is 60% alcohol(47.52% ), the optimum extraction solvent of total flavonoids is 70% alcohol ( 10.86% ), the optimum extraction solvent of total polyphenol is 80% alcohol ( 3.02% ), and the optimum extraction solvent of total sugar is water solution (4.27%). Ethanol concentrations on the extraction rate of different components of Chuju have a certain influence. |
