创业精神与大学转型

在创新驱动发展的新时代,创新创业成为时代精神的精华。为适应创新创业的需要,大学需要从管理主导的教学型、研究型大学向创业主导的创新创业型大学转变。大学转型的顺利进行,既需要政府的政策引导,也需要大学人和大学自身的自觉。但无论政府的引导还是大学的自觉,都需要创业精神作为催化剂。如果没有个人、机构以及国家基于创业精神的“创造性破坏”,旧的大学范式就难以革新,新的大学范式也难以普及。

Entrepreneurship and University Transformation

In the new era of innovation-driven development,innovation and entrepreneurship has emerged as the essence of the time spirit.To meet new requirements of innovation and entrepreneurship,the university ought to transform from teaching and researching pattern driven by administration to innovation and entrepreneurship pattern led by entrepreneurship. To ensure the success of university transformation,government policy and selfconsciousness of university itself and its members are needed.Yet entrepreneurship as catalyst, is indispensable for both policy guidance and self-consciousness.Without“creative destruction” of the individual,the institution or the state,it will be definitely hard to reform the old paradigm and popularize the new paradigm of university.
