| 摘 要： | “数字化校园”是当今各高等院校提高自身竞争力的有力手段。由于数字化校园投资大,周期长,复杂度高,数字化校园规划的失败,不仅会造成自身损失,由此引起的学校机构运行不畅更会导致十分惊人的间接损失。本文结合学校平衡积分卡((University Balance Score Card,UBSC)提出基于质量功能配置法(Quality Function Deployment,QFD)的数字化校园规划模型,并通过实例分析对模型进行了验证。

| Abstract: | Digital Campus represents new avenues for increasing competing force. A bad plan of digital campus will not only lost the investment, but also result in a huge indirect losing. In the study, with the University Balance Score Card, the author set a digital campus planning framework by applying Quality Function Deployment (QFD, also known as House of Quality).At last,the author check the framework by an example. |
