我国学校文化建设研究:成就与展望

摘    要:自学校“文化建设”热兴起迄今,不但热度不减且呈攀升之势。我国学校文化建设研究,也已取得一定成就,主要表现在学校文化的概念界定,学校文化的内涵构成,学校文化建设途径及策略,学校文化建设的原则、功能与特点,课程改革背景下的学校文化重建以及外国学校文化的相关理论介绍等几个方面。未来我国学校文化建设研究应着力关注澄清学校文化建设的价值取向,实现学校文化建设与教学的双向互动,进一步整合与深化学校文化建设途径,促进城乡学校文化建设共同发展,以及加强学校文化建设与社会文化之间的联系等问题。

Abstract:Since the "culture construction" currently becomes the hot issue in schools, construction of school culture in China has made some achievements, mainly in definition, connotation, process and methods, principles, function, traits, school culture reconstruction under curriculum reform background, introductions to researches abroad and so forth. The further construction of school culture should focus on clarifying its value orientation, realizing the two--way interaction between school culture construction and teaching, further integrating and deepening the ways of school culture construction, promoting its joint development in both cities and rural areas, and enforcing the connection between school culture construction and social culture.
