| 摘 要： | 供应链管理环境下的企业，将面临复杂多变的市场环境，信息的多源性、多态性和不确定性，增加了其在供应链环境下制定生产计划的复杂性和难度。论文以全球供应链为研究背景，分析了供应链环境下生产计划信息不确定性的主要根源，从不同角度分析了供应链信息不确定性对生产计划的影响，指出如何通过信息共享机制与弱化信息不确定性等提高生产计划动态响应性的方法。 |

| Abstract: | under the environment of supply chain management of enterprise, will face the complex and changeable market environment, the information of source sex, polymorphism and uncertainty, increase the supply chain envi- ronment make production plan and the complexity of the diffieuhy. Papers to the global supply chain for the re- search background, this paper analyzes the production plan under the environment of supply chain information un- certainty of the major sources from different perspectives, of the production plan, and points out how to through the uncertainty improve production plan dynamic response of the supply chain information uncertainty on the influence information sharing mechanism and weakening information sex method. |
