美国和我国港台地区生涯发展教育理论初探

摘    要:美国的生涯发展教育理论,经历了从职业辅导、生涯发展与辅导再到生涯教育的发展历程,而我国香港和台湾在师法美国的基础上,建构了独具特色的本土化生涯教育理论模式.这对我国大陆实施生涯发展教育有着借鉴意义.

Abstract:American education theory of career development is variated from vocation tutorship,career development and career tutorship to career education.However,based on America practice,China's Taiwan and Hong Kong areas have constructed their own fashion of career education theory after localization of the learned theory and adaptation to their education situation that is of special significance to the implementation of career development education.
