| Abstract: | The Indian middle class is an important social strength in India. Its formation and development experienced a long developing course, at present there are nearly 3 billion people who belong to middle class in India, its number, occupation,character are various in the different historical period. This article tries to discuss the growth of Indian middle class and characters during this course from the historical angle. |
