摘    要:教师课程创生不仅能缩短"自我与他者"规范和期望的角色距离,而且能改造作为"日常教学生活"直接延伸的固有"角色习性"。课程创生是实现教师角色转变和践行的重要通道,可通过实践反思提升角色自觉意识、师生互动引发角色认同、创设能使社团共构创生愿景。

Abstract:Teacher’s curriculum enactment can not only shorten the role distance of the "selt and other"norms and expectations,and can be transformed as the"daily teaching life" direct extension of the inherent role habits.Curriculum enactment is an important channel towards the transformtion and practice of teacher’s role,we can enhance the role of self-consciousness by practical reflectivity,lead to the role of identity by interaction between teachers and students and co-establish creative vision by enabling communities.
