中等职业学校劳动教育现状与对策探究

新时代赋予劳动教育以新的内涵,对中等职业学校劳动教育的现状探究是创新发展新时代中职劳动教育的基础。基于劳动教育内涵,主要采用问卷、访谈调查中职学校劳动教育的组织实施现状及效果,描绘现阶段中职劳动教育存在的现实问题,探索改善中职学校劳动教育的对策建议。研究发现:中职生具备良好的劳动技能和劳动习惯,但劳动价值观有待提升;中职学校劳动教育的组织实施不符合学生发展期望;中职学校劳动教育的内外部支持不足限制了其发展。研究提出营造新时代劳动教育文化、建立健全劳动教育课程体系、加大劳动教育资源投入和专业指导等改进策略。

Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Labor Education in Secondary Vocational Schools

The new era endows labor education with new connotation,and the exploration of the current situation of labor education in secondary vocational schools is the basis for the innovation and development of secondary vocational labor education in the new era.Based on the connotation of labor education,this paper mainly uses questionnaires and interviews to investigate the current situation and effect of the organization and implementation of labor education in secondary vocational schools,describes the practical problems existing in the current stage of labor education in secondary vocational schools,and explores the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the labor education in secondary vocational schools.The results show that:secondary vocational students have good labor skills and habits,but their labor values need to be improved;the organization and implementation of labor education in secondary vocational schools do not meet the students'development expectations;the lack of internal and external support limits their development.The study puts forward some improvement strategies,such as creating a new era of labor education culture,establishing and improving the labor education curriculum system,increasing labor education resources investment and professional guidance.
