中等职业学校教师幸福感的影响因素及提升策略

摘    要:在中等职业学校中,教师是最重要的人力资源之一,也是促进职业教育健康发展的源泉。中职教师的幸福感会直接影响教师的工作积极性和教育教学行为,从而影响学校的教学质量和办学水平。影响中职教师幸福感的因素包括外部因素中的人口统计学变量因素、人际关系以及社会支持,内部因素中的人格、自尊以及教学效能感。因此,提升中职教师幸福感需要社会和学校营造良好的社会舆论风气,还需要教师提高自身的教育教学水平,树立正确的职业价值观。

Influencing Factors and Promotion Strategies of Secondary Vocational School Teachers'Happiness

Abstract:In secondary vocational schools, teachers are one of the most important human resources, and also the source of promoting the healthy development of vocational education. The happiness of secondary vocational school teachers will directly affect their work enthusiasm and teaching behavior, thus affecting the quality of teaching and the level of running a school. The influencing factors of secondary vocational school teachers’ happiness include demographic variables, interpersonal relationship and social support in external factors, and personality, self-esteem and teaching efficacy in internal factors. Therefore, to improve the happiness of secondary vocational school teachers, we need the society and schools to create a good atmosphere of public opinion, teachers also need to improve their education and teaching level, and establish correct professional values.
