论高校在通识教育中加强交际能力培养的必要性

交际能力作为当代大学生急需提高的综合素质之一,在通识教育中的培养却普遍较为缺乏。在通识教育中培养学生的交际能力即符合通识教育"以人为本"的教育理念,也符合通识教育"和谐发展"的人才培养理念,并且在通识教育中培养学生的交际能力具有其教育发展的充分缘由。因此,我们应认识到在通识教育中培养学生的交际能力是必要的。

On the Necessity of Strengthening the Communications Skills in General Education of Colleges

It is a common phenomenon that communication skills,as one of the qualities which the undergraduates need to develop is ignored in the general education.To improve communication skills in general education is not only consistent with the education concept of people-oriented,but also corresponding to the concept of harmonious development in cultivating talent.And there are adequate reasons for developing undergraduates' communication skills in general education.Therefore,we should recognize the necessity of fostering the communication skills.
