浅谈双语教师的专业化培养

目前,双语教育越来越引起人们的重视,“双语教学的关键是师资。”没有合格的双语教师,是不可能完成双语教学任务的。通过对我国双语师资的综述,分析目前双语教师专业化的培养模式以及可供借鉴的国外经验,以期双语教师专业化的问题能再次引起人们的关注。

On the Professional Training of Bilingual Teachers

People pay more and more attention to the bilingual education at present.But we also realize that the key point about bilingual education is teachers.The teaching tasks cannot be carried out without qualified bilingual teachers.This article gives a general view on the present bilingual teachers in China,analyzes the professional training models of bilingual teachers and the experiences that we can learn from the other countries and it hopes more people will notice this problem.
