| 摘 要： | 文化决定养老,有什么的文化模式就有什么样的养老观念和养老方式;同时,养老本身就是一种文化.在新的历史时期,我国农村由于经济、政治、文化、社会结构发生了重大变革,我国农村养老面临了新的情况和挑战.加强文化建设、发展农村义务教育、强化以"孝"为核心的道德教育、加强民风民俗建设以及养老法律法规建设,努力提高农民思想道德和科学文化素质,从而有效地解决我国农村养老问题.
