基于经验学习的学习风格研究述评

美国组织行为学教授科尔布提出了“经验学习”理论,并从经验学习和学习过程角度来探讨学习风格问题。本文分析了经验学习的内涵及其理论基础,探讨了影响学习风格的因素,阐述了人格、个人经验、学习情境对学习风格的影响,并论述了寻求平衡的学习风格研究趋势。以经验学习理论为基础的学习风格对于促进学习效率的提高具有积极的指导作用。

Review of the Learning Style Based on Experiential Learning Theory

The professor of U.S.organizational behavior,David Kolb has proposed the Experiential Learning Theory.It was used in combination with the process of learning to understand the style of learning.The elementary concepts and theoretical basics were presented in this paper.Factors that influenced learning styles,such as personality,personal experiences,learning contexts and specific tasks,together with the new trend of balanced learning style were also illustrated here.The research of learning style,which based on Kolb's experiential learning theory,has proved its positive influences on promoting learning efficiency.
