| 摘 要： | 本文从梳理社会资本、社会网理论入手,并阐述虚拟社区的概念、特点及其在中国的发展现状,进而对大学校园虚拟社区进行解剖,论述虚拟社区积累的潜在社会资本,转换为现实社会资本的可能性.本文认为校园虚拟社区将成为帮助大学生求职、促进大学生就业的一条新渠道.

| Abstract: | Based on theories of social capital and social network,this study discusses the concept,characteristics and current development of virtual community in China,with special reference to university campus based virtual community.The study analyses the possibility to convert underlying social capital gained from the virtual community into real-world social capital,and proposes to make virtual campus community as a new means to promote graduate job hunting. |
