| 摘 要： | 自贸区贸易便利化改革是自由贸易理论的重要体现。上海自贸区在深化贸易往来、优化通关速度和强化检验检疫等方面实行了一系列贸易便利化改革措施。义乌自贸区块贸易便利化过程中存在一些问题,应该借鉴上海自贸区的经验,加强货物流通管理制度创新,提高货物通关承载能力,扩大货物检疫服务领域。

| Abstract: | Trade facilitation reform in the free trade zone is an important manifestation of free trade theory.Shanghai Free Trade Zone has implemented a series oftrade facilitation reform measures in deepening trade exchanges,optimizing customs clearance speed,and strengthening inspection and quarantine.In view of the problems in the development of trade facilitation in the Yiwu Free Trade Zone,it is necessary to fully learn from the experience of the Shanghai Free Trade Zone's facilitation reforms,strengthen the innovation of the cargo circulation management system,promote the improvement of cargo clearance carrying capacity and the expansion of cargo quarantine services. |
