| Abstract: | How to reduce the logistics cost is a difficult problem to baffle a lot of enterprises. Logistics cost includes all the expenses to deal with various kinds of logistics activities of enterprises. The main problems of logistics cost management lie in imperfect accounting, high stock and transportation cost, backward logistics information technologies, lackness of comprehensive control on logistics cost, etc. The paper puts forward some methods to reduce the logistics cost. |
