| Abstract: | The professional managers become scarce resources in China with the development of commodity economy. At the same time, there are some conflicts and problems difficult to settle between the professional manager and the company. Therefore, we should assess professional manager achievement right, perfecting enterprise interior incentive mechanism; the correct understanding the right of professional manager to share surplus, the realization of incentive mechanism to professional managers in long term. |
