摘    要:完善职业经理人激励制度,应规范市场运作和管理,保证市场充分竞争,合理确定职业经理人业绩,完善企业内部激励制度,正确认识职业经理人分享剩余索取权,实现职业经理人的长期激励。

Abstract:The professional managers become scarce resources in China with the development of commodity economy. At the same time, there are some conflicts and problems difficult to settle between the professional manager and the company. Therefore, we should assess professional manager achievement right, perfecting enterprise interior incentive mechanism; the correct understanding the right of professional manager to share surplus, the realization of incentive mechanism to professional managers in long term.
