| 摘 要： | ＂学科馆员＂制度在高校图书馆为专业用户提供优质服务、为读者提供个性化服务和信息资源建设三个方面进行了制度创新.同时在高校图书馆服务、提高读者获取信息能力和对口院系信息咨询站建设方面发挥着其职能.高校图书馆为完善这种全新的服务模式也应该采取一些必要的措施.
