摘    要:中小学生体育学科核心素养是体育能力、行为、品德与情感的融合体,系统培育应遵循其认识向度与应然进路。研究发现,“接受一反应”与“同化一顺应”是其形成机制。保障制度之殇与教师的观念之惑,是阻滞体育核心素养培育的主要因素,也是检视学生体育学科核心素养培育现状、改进中小学体育教育的题中之义。面向未来,应从完善顶层设计、激发学习内驱力、提升教学效率、生成教育合力等角度寻求中小学生体育学科核心素养培育的实践突破,全面深化对中小学生体育学科核心素养的理论认识、系统优化中小学生体育学科核心素养培育的现实生态。

Abstract:The students’ core competencies of physical education of primary and middle schools are the fusion of physical ability,behavior,morality and emotion, and the systematic cultivation of them should follow the direction of understanding and the ideal path forward.The study found that the formation of the core elements of the physical education of primary and middle school students follows the basic mechanism of "acceptance-reaction" and "assimilation-adaptation".The lack of functions of the sports security mechanism and the confusion of the narrow understanding of the core competencies of physical education have severely blocked the cultivation of students’ core competencies of physical education in primary and middle schools.They are also the subjects of reviewing the current situation of cultivating students’ core competencies of physical education and improving the teaching of physical education for primary and secondary school students.Facing the future, it is necessary to seek practical breakthroughs in the cultivation of students’ core competencies of physical education in primary and middle schools from the perspectives of improving the top-level design,stimulating the motivation of learning,improving teaching efficiency,and generating educational synergy,so as to comprehensively deepen the theoretical understanding and systematically optimize the ecosystem of the cultivation.
