| 摘 要： | 大学创业孵化过程可以分为前孵化、扩张孵化和稳定孵化三个阶段,其中涉及到企业概念价值、商业价值和可持续价值的实现问题.对此大学需要承担创业推动、知识转化、硬件环境配套、沟通支持、市场推介、管理咨询、评估企业、执行退出等八项任务,开展相应的创业教育,并构建一系列网络平台和组织机构.
