中职学校德育教师培训方案的构建

中等职业学校德育是对中职学生进行思想政治、道德法律、职业素质和心理健康等方面的教育。对中职德育教师培训应从中职德育目标出发，在培训课程设置上，应突出职业教育德育特点，使学员树立现代职业教育理念，了解中职德育课程和教学改革方向，掌握德育教育理论、德育专业教学法和现代职业教育技术，能编写基于认知主义学习和建构主义学习的德育课程教案，注重理论学习与应用实践相结合。在运作机制上，应做好培训机构与主讲教师的确认与筛选，对培训时间与形式做好规划与衔接，对考核与评价应做到科学与合理，以促进中职德育教师综合水平和能力的提升。
