| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法,从利益集团理论的视角分析了我国农村体育资源短缺的根本原因在于城乡利益集团、体育内部利益集团的分利竞争,并指出要发展农村体育,必须增加体育投资,并通过法律的形式,调动农民的积极性,增强农民利益集团的竞争能力.

| Abstract: | By using some literatures,logical analysis,etc.,the author analyzes in this paper the basic reasons for the shortage of the physical culture resources in China's rural areas from the viewpoint of the theory of group interests,and points out,for the development of the physical culture in the rural areas,we must increase investment in physical culture and bring farmers' initiatives into full play by legal means so as to heighten the competitive power of the farmers interest group. |
