提高毕业生就业率是保证高职教育顺利发展的关键,也是高职院校工作的重点。要有效解决"就业难"这一现实问题,绝对不应当用片面的观点看待就业问题,更不能单纯为就业而抓就业,而应以科学发展观统领就业的各项工作,统筹兼顾,将就业渗透到教育教学的全过程,有效地实现招生、培养、就业环节的联动发展、和谐发展。
