| 摘 要： | 慈善文化是慈善事业发展的精神动力,而高校是推动慈善文化建设的重要基地。然而,现阶段高校慈善文化建设发展不容乐观,仍处起步阶段,需要从制度、师资力量等方面提供保障,并形成"学校——慈善组织——政府"的协调行动机制。
